Can't post premium content, but Upshaw stated in an interview today that he had no thoughts of entering the draft. If I can find a link to the interview that isn't premium, I'll post it.

Although I had an idea that he would return, he is one of the players I really didn't want to replace next season. Great to hear he's returning.

Yeah everyone took off to speak with Ingram and Dareus. It was just me and Upshaw for a minute or so and he said explicitly that he wasn't thinking about it. He mentioned that the IB was the first game where he had felt 100% in over a month.

With that said, since then I spoke to a scout who works for an NFL team. He said that he and his front office consider Upshaw to be one of the top 3 pass rushing OLB's in the draft. If half of the other teams feel that way he'll get a first round grade. I think he has to seriously consider leaving with a first round grade.
