Honestly tought it would be worse than this at the half. So now the big question is if PSU and Franklin Clemson it in the 2nd half.

This game shows that this year's committee is full of people who have clue what they're doing. They have to change the criteria for being on that committee.

I think mostly they applied the rules. Now the SMU versus Bama debate they bowed down to the politics that was being thrown out there right after the SMU and Clemson game. As had been stated times by me an others, Bama didn't help their cause in that debate.

And I thought Franklin was a bad coach, the SMU coach is upping the ante today. I’ve been checking in on the gamecast since we are out of the house, looks like the 1st half for SMU was similar to Bama’s game at Oklahoma.

I was one of them to that said this, we gave them leeway in making this decision.... and they did. However, looking at each teams SOS, and who they beat, SMU has no business being in this thing. Two best teams they played this season were losses.... not to mention what's happening right now as well. Penn State is making them look like complete idiots right now.

Want to be very clear... I'm not trying to imply anything in this comment towards you (or really anyone else, specifically), but that's the thing. Milroe has had some really bad plays, made some bad decisions... but if folks would watch some (pretty much ANY) other college games and pay attention, they'd see that all the other QB's make similar mistakes at times, and oftentimes, much worse and much more frequently (and usually against lesser competition). It also doesn't help that Bama fans were spoiled with talents like Bryce Young's very recently, a unicorn who rarely ever made glaring mistakes.

I was just down in gatlinburg and the amount of Tennessee fans traveling north to the shoe is ridiculous. Couldn’t swing a dead cat on I75 and not hit a Tennessee car.

In all fairness when Milroe took the reins Bama had just gone through some of the best QB play that we have had in the history of the program. Even with that said, incosistent QB play is hard to overcome even with a great athlete. I am one that believes Milroe can become a very good QB in the NFL. The guy is a freak athlete and if he is able to focus just on football and his development, I think he will do some really good things in the NFL. Probably why he is still regarded highly in the draft because it can't be based on his on field performance this year. The great Milroe games he was unstoppable.

I'm not an SEC homer whatsoever, but you can't sit there and tell me that what these three teams did this season doesn't warrant a CFP appearance. The crazy thing about talking heads, they do not have to be right to get paid a lot of money. Same thing with meteorologists lol... I always said I needed their job because results really do not matter. Only thing talking heads get measured on is are you getting eyes to watch or people to click.
