🏈 CFB Playoff rankings: 1-UA, 2- OR, 3- TCU, 4- FSU...

I think your right @planomateo, GT is going to be a nightmare for the Criminoles. But as things stand now, I hope FSU wins. I would love for Alabama to play them in the semi-finals.

The question is: if FSU loses on Saturday, will they fall out of the top-4?

Without a doubt, they've slipped to 4 while being undefeated...and everyone else has lost to someone. I would guess that FSU would fall to 7 or 8 based on all the close games, the loss to GaTech, and Jameis's troubles.

@bcracker, without a doubt the Criminoles will fall out of the Top 4. Their struggles against some middle of the pack teams will be their demise should GT win.
I'd love for a BAMA/ F$U semifinal in NOLA! BAMA blow the Criminoles out so we can shut the asshat Kanell up once and for all.

It would be great if Baylor hopped into the #4,

Also, can the Big 12 just admit that they need a damn championship now??

They are trying to implement something in the future, but they need to NCAA to change the rules. Believe that them and the ACC are pushing for some changes with the NCAA in early 2015. Right now, they have to get behind the idea that their current situation is best...and now they have the quandary of TCU and Baylor.

Also, if FSU loses, the BigXII will more than likely get Baylor in along with TCU (assuming they both win and nothing else crazy happens). Miss State losing hurt them (and the SEC from a money perspective).

I love it! I wish somehow Florida State would get left out and be undefeated after Jimbo running his yapper and being an arrogant clown.

IF that were the case, we'd likely end up with some voting body selecting FSU as the #1 team and in the inaugural year of this playoff—supposedly intended to ensure a true college football champion—with a split national title.

GT ran for well over 300 v. Jawja. They will give F$U all kinds of problems, yet I hope F$U can win...by one is fine. Their stock has been dropping and dropping; it makes you wonder if they'll drop out of the top four with only a close win over Tech. Since Tech is a ranked team, and this a conference championship game, I suspect not.

BUT...if both F$U and OSU lose this weekend, Baylor will slide into that #4 position. Who would have ever thought we'd have two Big 12 teams and only one SEC team in the playoffs??
