| RECRUIT ⭐️Alabama's 2024 Signing Day Class Update Thread⭐️

We have to have a graphic made for everything these days. I'm committed. I'm no longer committed. I recommited. I signed. I'm going to the portal. I'm in the portal. I'm taking these 4 visits. I'm committing again. I'm signing again. On and on, and on.

I need a graphic guys so I can send them to my wife every time I do something. I made supper tonight. I took the trash to the road. I got the mail. I went to Lowes and bought a box of wood screws.

Just a picture of you kissing a trophy decked out in gold chains. "I've decided not to do the chore list tonight" "Respect my decision"

So, one thing lost in all the transfers and stuff is usually much like what's happening to Washington..a ton of the recruiting class ask for release from their NLI. We didn't have a single person do that, yea we lost commitments but that's to be expected. I think it's commendable and says something that the entire incoming class stuck it out and we didn't lose a single one.

Some decommitments are expected, they don’t have a relationship with the new staff

Right, but you still want those higher profile players to not leave the fold. Cannot expect us to go from a Top 5 recruiting class to a Top 25 class and see similar results. This along with transfers makes it difficult to give us that depth that made us a contender in any game we ever played under Saban.

I don't think worrying about 2025 is a big deal. We're grabbing some guys from UW's recruiting board already including some 4 and 5 star players from California and Washington.

I said it earlier, let them cook. They're not done evaluating talent in the south yet. I think once they're done with all this roster retention and coaching hires they will be able to hit the ground running in recruiting and gets coaches in schools and in homes.

Things will turn around quickly with this. I trust Courtney Morgan and the scouting staff to see this through.

I am sure that CM is on it. . . However, this recruiting/transfer portal blood letting has got to be met head on by CKD. He needs to be flooding the team & recruits like a crimson tsunami to assuage any concerns they have if not to show them is stern resolve as the Head Coach.

He cannot afford to be naive right now. He needs to be absolute in his resolve like when CNS was when he told Julio we'd win with him or without him.

2025 is a ways away, win on the field and coaches build a relationship and we’ll be great
