I didn't want you to think I was ignoring you. It was lot going on this past spring. They have been working hard to build relationship since the staff was new. Everyone was new. they were introducing themselves to the school and all. It is not easy to pull in state kids your first year on the job. They were busy keeping the roster intact. I just think everyone should show grace to the coaching staff, and give them kudo for nagivating through their offseason in Jan, SPring camp, transfer portal in April, this past season, and now this.Isn't it the GM's job to do all of this so DeBoer can coach? A good 9-10 months on the job to set up for a good 12th month. Anyways, may not always need that Alabama talent, but when you do, it's nice to have a track record of success and not letting your arch-rival just take it.
Secondly I think the instate recruiting has been little overkill reaction for the most part. Saban always said get the best kid on campus.. didnt matter where he came from. But for 2026, you know CKD will work on getting few players.... Not worried at all.
