I'd assume Wommack is gonna be the ILB coach if we do not retain Bala. Not sure who we hire as of now for the OLB position.

Now, that's a good point. If I was Deboer and Wommack, I would plug someone from NFL just to show players, they're not playing around.

On the serious side, I like what I'm seeing on his coaching hires. Tons of HC coaching experience. Could be wrong, but it looks like the man knows what he's doing.

I want something less stressful. Maybe the get back coach position is open. I honestly see a bunch of young and hopefully hungry coaches who want to continue the success we've had.

Wasted position coach, IMO, with nine on the field.

A coach that is not splitting time with line backers, TE or another group should be focused on special teams only… some teams do this.. Spec teams is very important in close games..
