Couple of things gathered again earlier today, not much... On MSU, a lot of smoke supposedly about Barry Odom (former Mizzou and current UNLV HC). Am told he put himself in the mix, really wants it, and apparently is cool with everyone knowing he wants it. It doesn't really sound like he's in the top 3, but is an option based on his SEC expereince and enthusiasum for the job. Sumrall seems to be the favorite but they are still talking with some others mentioned earlier (and likely a couple not mentioned).

A&M chatter has been a little more quiet, but the Ryan Day stuff, at least form what I'm told, is mostly people having fun. Day is about as likely Lanning was, and Lanning was about as likely as Saban was. They supposedly still want to wrap up their guy very soon, but it may depend on how some of these games play out. Two new (interesting) names I did hear though... Mike Norvell... and I don't think this next one has a ton of traction but, Mark Stoops.

Interesting candidate... Cousin Eddie apparently isn't interested in high-pressure/marquee name job. Yes, I know it's a P5 (so is Vandy).

One of the guys that started that site went on a bender one weekend and there were A LOT of screen shots I grabbed. He asked me to delete them a few days after. Screen grabs I'd posted here.

maybe that explains Oregon State’s play tonight. They are awful. 2 teams ahead of us playing tonight, 2 convincing wins. I don’t have any confidence that Florida will beat FSU tomorrow, given both teams are without their starting QB’s.

Not a bad get for them, and worked out well for him... he wanted out, especially if UCLA called... but wanted to get to a more stable siltation.

Word out of Starkville is they are vetting a couple of coordinators much more heavily now, an indication that they are having to mark some guys off their wish list, or at least getting uneasy about the direction it's going with some.
