I'm going to abuse another cliche while I make a mountain out of a mole hill. I'm not going to assume I understand the intent, or meaning, behind Burnett's tweet—I'll leave that up to you.

Marq is right; they couldn't be more different. The questions posed to both? World's apart as well.

Pause for a moment and consider this...

When Malzahn spoke to the media before playing in the Regions Classic he was asked a half of a dozen or more questions. Some of those included what it was like to have Bruce Pearl on campus, the impact of having a second round draft pick with Auburn's recruiting, depth issues, and if he played golf at the same pace he called plays.

On the other hand, and I'm only going to include one question posed to Saban here, we have reporters asking, "how he thought his team and its fans would handle an openly gay player?"

Am I supposed to assume (and I'm leaning that way) that Burnett is wanting a soundbyte versus an answer with substance?

Something else to add to that. Lance, Brandon and myself have been fortunate enough to attend the coaches show many times over the past seven years and during that time I have been able to ask him several questions on the air in regards to the program. Never in those 7 years have I got a short answer from him. He always goes in depth with information I might ask about and has always given me more than what expected with his answer. I know I'm biased, but coach does a great job with the fan experience no matter how much of a waste of time he may really feel it is. He never makes you feel that way.
