Cautious optimism on the D because I thought they would be the strength of the team last year and they had some struggles early and then let down in the last 8 minutes of the NC game. On paper they look very good this year but they have some positions that need to shore up (ILB/CB). Hopeful for sure.

Good for this young man.... 100 lbs so he is a lot healthier. Very impactful for this young man not just on the field. He has leared how to eat healthier. Now what happens when he no longer has a nutritionist to guide him? Hopefully it will be a lifestyle by then.

Just think...at 417 he was good enough for Coach Saban to bring him to Alabama. Now, at 100 lbs lighter, he'll be even better. BETTER than already being good enough to come to Alabama.

Whats crazy is that he doesn't look big like Terrance Cody Big! He fills his frame well for the most part, if that dude gets in the low 300's with that frame... He is going to make Jordan Davis look like chopped liver.

The most amazing thing is that he’s down 100 pounds while being in a system to build muscle and strength, so it’s likely he has lost well over 100 pounds of fat while putting on muscle. He’s got to feel like he’s walking on the moon right now, almost unfair quickness for a 325 guy. This is a personal transformation even if he never makes an impact on the field. It’s one of the things that makes me appreciate the system beyond the field.
