🏈 GAME THREAD WEEK FOUR: SEC / NCAA Games of the Week

I loved that offence with Tyler watts but every year we would be dominating and he would get hurt , that is what scares me about running the QB . I kind of like the pro style .. The other is more exciting but way more risk of injury .

Paul Johnson is a stubborn bastard. He refuses to change anything. The ACC has his offense figured out. It works at Georgia Southern and Navy as they were more deceiving being low flying schools, but Georgia Tech is in a Power Five conference playing against big time athletes. That shit won't work year after year in the big leagues.

And just like at the barn, that offense isn't very good at preparing its players for the League. Every so often, Johnson brings in a really good skill player, but I wonder how much more mediocrity the GT admins will tolerate.

I'm surprised that McElwain is letting the talk go as long and loud. I guess Butch has taken the high road, but yesterday in addressing the vol nation he said it was "comical" to call this the biggest game of his tenure. Tennessee fans were fuming because on the eve of battle he didn't embrace the moment and they took it as fear. I think this coach has trouble turning negative energy into something positive, not sensing the right buttons to push. I'm thinking the Gators make it 12 years in a row and Butch joins Les and Gus with the very disgruntled fan base.
