Nick already gave him a second chance. He won't be back to Alabama. He should go to JC so he doesn't lose a year.

Green was probably a Top 5 biggest wastes of talent at Alabama. He should be in the NFL right now.

I hate it when kids mess up but that is part of becoming an adult. Thankful to have a dad and mom that tore my butt up when I got out of line. Many kids do what they want and have to answer to no one at home or at some schools.

Hard to have empathy for that nonsense. As bad as any bullying crapola, which I would guess Cowen's has great knowledge of, growing up. I'm not sure why a fair fight scares these dudes so bad.

I don't think this is worth getting kicked off the team, but that's me. Kids fight, always have...not to mention, things can get sideways at a bar when folks are drinking liquid courage.

Not his first issue at UA... Can't remember but I thought Saban either didn't allow him to practice or didn't allow him to play on A Day?

Either way I'm very confident this wasn't strike 1... Probably not strike 2.... And after being kicked off his HS team I'm sure he had some strict guidelines. Good luck elsewhere

You don't want to make a distinction between being provoked and what's a fair fight? A fair fight is staying in your weight class. Being provoked is knowing it's me or you.
