🏈 UPDATE Friday evening - Jameis out the entire game vs Clemson this Saturday

He reminds me of Mark Barron the way he plays and his size and build. I think he will grow into one of the best. I think he maybe projects at safety. I think he's been playing corner right?

I think that Coach Saban knew some things on Winston that concerned him about his character. So that is why FSU got Winston and we didn't. I am so happy that his stupid azz went to Tally and not T'town!

As some you know, I worked with his mom up until I retired. She is very much a lady, and I cringe for what she has gone through with his antics. I did not get the feeling that he was running wild like this in high school, but obviously FSU has low standards for its athletes. I hope someone will get through to him.

I'm wondering what lesson Jameis learns in all of this. He's still the damn QB and FSU coaches will fold to him when it matters. Lets face it, suspending him for the first half is meaningless.

I'm waiting to see it go down this way, Clemson leads the 1st half, Jameis comes in and pulls off a 2nd half come from behind win. What a great lesson...

So...If Clemson does just well enough to pass, does the committee give F$U a pass because they didn't have their starting QB for a half?

Exactly! Most interpreted the committee's injury guideline as meaning they would downgrade undefeated teams if they had a season ending injury to a key player. My first thought was that they would upgrade teams with losses if they had a key player out during those losses.

He said, basically, "Fornicate her right in her lady part." That's the cleaned up version.

And for clarification, the quote was a meme that for whatever (dumb) reason he was repeating. It's still way out of bounds and uncalled for, but it would be worse (and more weird) if he'd jumped up on the table and yelled such, and nobody had heard it uttered before... Not excusing the behavior by any means, just adding context. I hate the dude.

Also, I would assume that Fisher's hand was forced by the PTB from the University to suspend him for the half. I have a feeling that had it not been, you'd have just seen the, "It will be handled internally..." line given. In the end, it doesn't really matter... Jameis isn't going to learn anything from it, and him sitting out a half isn't likely to hurt FSU's chances much.
