Are there any commits for the UA All-America game that we should be looking forward to? I haven't really been following the recruiting trail as much this year as I normally do. Especially with u only getting a 17 man class this year, we've almost already got it sewn-up also.

So any big targets who are announcing today? Either way, use this thread as discussion.

I can't believe he went elsewhere. If anything, he would have been given an extra special look to offset his brother which could have made him big time as well. I understand making your own path, but you can do that and win a Championship at the same school as well. Establish yourself, it's in your hands.

Screw him. If he can't handle his brother's shadow a bit, we don't need him. Immediately got a commit from Simmons, so, we didn't waste a moment moving on. Best of luck.

That's a bit harsh, bro. He's a kid and it's a game at the end of the day.

Lest we forget, he hasn't signed and momma and family still have a few weeks to convince him that Muschamp kills offensive production and visiting games is much easier on family if everyone is in the same spot

In any case, best of luck to him wherever he lands.

I grew up in arab in north alabama which is a small town but even now living in dothan, where in the world do all these 6'6 300 lb players who can run 4.7 4.8's come from? When I was in high school, 250 Pounders were linemen. Now they are running backs

I played teams all throughout Georgia, but a good chunk of them were metro Atlanta schools and they aren't seen as much as Rivals and 247 Sports make them sound. We played against a bunch of D-1 athletes and NFL prospects, but not often did even we see guys that big. Kedrick Golston may have been the biggest guy we played against. Calvin Johnson wasn't near as big as he is noe, but they were on the same team. Other than that, like you said, 250 was a big boy. Pacman Jones, Thomas Brown, and a couple of guys that played linebacker at Ohio State were who we played, and got our ass kicked by.
