| CURRENT EVENTS Trump elected as the 47th President: The transition ...

Argentinians thought the same thing..
Look what happened to them under a semi socialist admin…

Several other countries have as well, I’d have to do a little research on the others. They also had guarantees that it wouldn’t happen until it did.
There's a reason Argentina has been the country with the most potential for over 150 years.

Some will argue that it's in tatters, usually for effect, but the Constitution has proven far more durable than the guiding instruments of most other nations.

Yeah I’ve got a friend that now helps his parents out, because his parents private retirement account was wiped out by the government. That’s the only reason I know what truly happened there.

Give me an example of her character.

Everything you are throwing out here has nothing do to with policy.
You know my policy stances and if not then you’ve not listened to me one damn time, we’ve been through this several times

An example of her character- she’s never been found liable for sexual assault, she’s never been convicted of any crime let alone felonies, she’s never had protestors gassed so she could get a photo op with a bible in front of a church, she’s never lied about why she was late to something when in reality it was because she didn’t want to be fact checked, I could go on and on. If this election ever became about character your guy would get trounced

You’re high. He’s one of the most popular governors in the country.

He’s WAY better than ol couch gobbler
Yeah, I agree. He would probably be better than your vice president… I’m glad you finally admitted the truth about Kamala.. 0h I thought you said crotch gobbler..
It’s sad when the governor that allowed rioters to destroy his state is popular..

The Walz choice just seems really weird, on the surface. There were rumors swirling that Shapiro and and Kelly both had some ugly stuff attached to them that would/might hurt them with women. If so, it must have been some bad shit to end up with Walz... though Kelly really didn't seem like he moved the needle for them nearly as much as Shapiro. Of course, Shapiro's biggest sin was being Jewish... and I'd imagine it was either that, or Shapiro himself realized he can do much better on his own down the road without tying himself to Kamala. He'd have immediately overshadowed her... Regardless of the why's, IMO, they just did Trump a huge favor. He won't be smart enough to take advantage of it, but that's a different story...

Shapiro’s baggage was a staffer did something inappropriate to a woman (not sure what exactly), they needed Kelly to keep his seat, so I think that’s ultimately what left him from getting the nod. Walz wasn’t my pick (Beshear of Kentucky), but he’s a good, solid pick, he can toe to toe with Vance (if they ever debate), he’s a vet of 25 years, and he has executive experience.

I had seen some references to Shapiro possibly helping to cover up something like that... but it's politics. Most all these folks are dirty as shit... seems that would have lasted about 20 minutes in the news cycle and then dried up... I know you probably disagree with this, but Big Media would run cover for something like that and flush it quick. The whole Jewish thing? IMO, a decent portion of the D party wouldn't be able to swallow that and it could have made things messy for them internally.

It doesn’t matter who her running mate is, she will be the next one to play the role. This is out of the voters hands. Look for her to get even more votes than Biden/Brown Clown.

I think the Jewish thing would’ve led to Shapiro being non stopped asked about Palestine and Israel and would’ve hurt the ticket because it wouldn’t have been about policy or anything. Although somebody like Shapiro or Beshear helps more than a governor from a blue state, but they have their reasons I guess.

This may come as a surprise to you, but I agree the media would’ve covered it, it’s been that way for politicians for decades on both sides. Hell they did it with Clinton and bullied Lewinsky nonstop, made her out to be a homewrecker and Bill out to be some poor, innocent dude

Well that’s a given because there’s more democrats will vote for this ticket than the one with Biden on it. I’m willing to bet Trump/Couch Casanova get more votes

Would love to see the DNC internal polling for PA... I didn't feel great about Trump winning it regardless, but that's nothing more than a guess in the dark (and taking into account his uncanny ability to fuck up pretty much anything).
