| GAME THREAD 🏆 College Football Playoffs 🏆: Notre Dame advances to Championship (Ohio State vs Texas, Friday night at 7:30 ET on ESPN)

People can laugh… but ND is way more physical than anyone is giving them credit… They smashed and pushed around a team that beat Texas twice (UGa)…Michigan beat Ohio St. with brute force…ND can match Michigan in that department..
AND WHAT DID WE LEARN ABOUT UNDERDOGS THIS YEAR…
That Bama sucked :(.... Sorry still not over the poor year by Bama.

Still don't understand the ball at the one and you keep running wide. Why not put in Arch for a Tush Push like you did earlier in the game and all year? It was very bad play calling by a guy that usually gets it right. He called a not so great game early, found his footing, and then sucked again.

I read yesterday afternoon how much money had poured in for OSU at -6.5. The dollars and % of bets were well over 50%, one was in the 75%+. I assume some of those ‘books took a beating last night with OSU covering.

We lost power around dark for about 45 minutes and was settling into a quiet night, but it came back on and my wife and I decided to watch most of the last season of Yellowstone. Didn't know the score until this morning. I took some time to organize some work matters coming into view these next two months, and I'm doing my part to schedule a couples' trip to Europe in the fall.

The college games without Bama are about the same as an NFL game. I'll watch it if it is on in front of me at a restaurant/bar, but I'm not going to commit time to it.

RTR,

Tim

I always his playcall where he had a TE go in motion and then go under center for a sneak. I don't think he's called that at all while at Texas.

Was watching the semifinals from a distance. Thought ND/Penn St was headed to OT and even told a co-worker as such as long as Franklin didn’t get too frisky. Freeman actually comes across as a likable guy. Franklin, idiot!
Between Texas and OSU, I was only leaning toward Texas because of Sark. That’s the one guy I would’ve wanted Byrne going after had he not gotten DeBoer.
