🏈 Trash Fire at Texas A&M

The whole comments to Real Sports seem silly to me, what coach doesn't press a trainer to make them better faster... The lawsuit, that's a whole other issue, obviously he feels like he was wronged and he's willing to do something about it.

With regards to Texas A&M, they haven't really had the depth needed at most positions to compete in the SEC, especially on the defensive side of the ball so I would see this holding a bit more truth early in their SEC journey. Karl Kapchiniski worked at Texas A&M for 31 years and was fired (2 years into Sumlin's HC gig and 1.5 years into AD Eric Hyman's gig). Perhaps it's coincidence...who knows.

Most of that pre-dates Sumliin. There may be some ex Aggie players out there hiring attorneys and putting the former trainer under oath.

A trainer can't make them better faster. If a player was cleared before they should have been, it opens the school up for a lawsuit. If a trainer cleared a player due to fear of losing his/her job, that's another lawsuit.
