Immense talent and yes he was a missile on special teams at times, but if you can't trust a guy in a game because of his temper all that talent goes out the window.

Wasn't seen at practice yesterday by the media. I didn't watch Saban's presser yesterday, don't believe he was even mentioned Tony Brown. The team heads to Arizona tomorrow.

CFP National Championship: Alabama DB Tony Brown still suspended

Alabama coach Nick Saban says defensive back Tony Brown remains suspended after he was sent home from the Cotton Bowl last week for violating team rules.

Saban has not said specifically what Brown did to be suspended. On a teleconference Monday, Saban said "until we get any new information, he will continue to be suspended."

Its pretty much common knowledge at this point tho. He started a fight with someone at practice and they sent his ass home.

I've been thinking that Brown would be a great candidate to move to safety, and continue the success that Bama has had with cover guys playing safety. He has the speed, size, and mean streak to be really special at safety IMO.

I ask the same thing ,before the cotton bowl. Was told he would get a ring for that, so I guess he would for this too.
