I don't have a 4-wheeler or a 4WD vehicle, but if the power goes out I'm covered...whole-home generator ready to go.
Not that I expect us to have snow of any kind or any kind of weather other than cold. Snow is a rarity here. But what I find funny is that even the mention of it will cause school to close. Yet when I was in school, I remember being in school and it started snowing. We were allowed to go outside and play in it for about 30 minutes, then back inside to finish school. There was no school closing or getting out early. It was just deal with it.
Hey guys … when you say “we got this much snow” tell us again where you live. My old brain struggles with names so you can bet I struggle with hometowns. Thanks!
So far here in North Alabama there is a little bit of sleet only. Of course it will freeze on the roads and shut us down. We simply do not have the infrastructure to manage any winter weather and no one know how to drive on it. Pretty much settled in staying warm. In the low 20's for a high today. Expecting things to get into single digits which is really cold for this area.
