💬 ⛈ The weather thread. The south braces for the weekend cold (Moved here for a few days since some of y'all will feel this.)

I'll be right there
I'm...still...a ... little...

The snow is gone. Laura had a live feed in last night from Rockin' 1000 out of NYC . We watched it on the patio the ol' Chromecast way. It was pretty cool (and 1000% pun intended.) I

It was cold. Hand to God, Tim. I am sitting at the corner like we were and listening to two chicks talking about her husband pre-ejeculating. It's snowing.

The guy that didn't have a finger at the bar when you were there? He was asking me about @Brandon Van de Graaff Brandon Lake. I got confused.

The dichotomy. My thought for the day is this has been one crazy loop.

I love to see them, one of the very first signs of spring when they come through. They can really clean out a holly, but won't touch them if it's warm enough for insects to be out.
Your response is this

you need better friends

My response is this.

you know I"m sitting here, sorta giggling right now...'cause I wanna say stupid shit

I turn off my water just to be safe. Well the water line from the meter to the road is frozen. The ground is hard as a rock. To make it even better I save water in our tub. Well I have water two way soft and hard.

Well this morning when I went outside, it was a blistering 29 degrees. I almost went back in to put on my swimsuit but couldn’t because I was heading to work at school. Lo and behold, I found out we had been put on a two hour delay bc of 2-4 inches of more snow predicted. I detoured to visit my buddies at the local McDonald’s to help solve the world’s problems instead. While there, it began to snow and they ended up canceling school because so many are still impacted by last weekends 5 inches of snow and then sleet on top of that snow fall. I am sitting here now watching the snow, doing laundry (trying to score browning points with the Mrs.) and checking out this site. Hope you all are safe, have electricity and enjoy your day.

It's great to be in the South. 51 on its way to 60 today, a little breezy. Rain this evening and overnight, which means it'll get a little cooler in the 24 hours following, but we are looking at a nice stretch of sunny and 60's after that. I'm glad you didn't let getting all dressed up for school go to waste, and you have your "potbelly stove" buddies to commiserate with.

Sounds like Tennessee weather.
