I'm getting a little tired of the Meyer-Tebow lovefest myself. Anyone else see them smooching at the end of the game? Kind of weird.
Can you imagine Saban rubbing noses with McClain or Ingram? Ick.
There's a reason we all them Gaytors. Now you know why!
Truthfully though, Meyer even allowing Tebow to play shows something that I haven't seen mentioned yet. It shows that Meyer has little to no confidence in Brantley as a QB. I didn't see Brantley even set foot on the field, even once. The message Meyer sent is "I'd rather play an injured Tebow than a healthy Brantley."
That also tells that barring any further injury to Tebow, Timmy will probably play every down in every game for the rest of the season..
Now tell me how Brantley is going to react having to take the team over the team next year, having little to no game-time experience, and knowing the lack of confidence his coach has shown in him.
Of course Meyer won't be there next year. He'll have followed Tebow, and maybe even moved in with him.
