I would like to have a look at the software algorithm the computer polls use.
Also, is that algorithm subject to change at any time? And, if so, who makes that determination?

The Colley matrix, I think, is the only algorithm that the public has access to. There was a data entry mistake last year that threw off his rankings when it was caught. Some people were mortified at the error without realizing that it would have never been detected had it not been for Colley publishing his algorithm.
