| RECRUIT Targets Bama's looking at for the Defense

Recruiting - Top Alabama targets in 2019 (Defense) | BamaInsider.com

There are a lot of options.....

My best advice is don't get bent out of shape when one goes elsewhere. Alabama likes a lot of defenders this year especially on the defensive front and linebacker.

You will also see how many players Alabama expects to take at each position. So when a prospect like Derek Stingley (even though he remains a top target) names a top six which does not currently include Alabama don't get discouraged. A lot of names still on the recruiting board.

Alabama is in a lot better shape with top talent than it was a year ago, and have identified several targets throughout the country. So instead of having five options at linebacker (and seeing 4 go elsewhere) there are 25 options (so to speak)...

I will continue to add to this list throughout the spring and summer as I hear of more players who are considered 'takes' by Alabama. Some players may also fall off this list as more players move ahead of them during the year.

Also remember to keep in mind this is not in any set order. Players are in (star) order based on their current ranking according to Rivals.
