I think he's in over his head.

Chelsea did outplay Dortmund today; they lit up their keeper. That guy just made incredible saves all day. The one he didn't make was a goal-line save by a defender. Chelsea can take this when they're at Stanford Bridge.

I really thought he would take them to the next level, given his results at Brighton. I know there's something to it, but I've never understood how a coach can get worse results with better players. When there was talk of Pep leaving after this season, I was hoping he would stay at Brighton until then. Now, I'm not so sure if he'd be the right choice.
