Scottie Scheffer releases his "Masters Club Dinner" menu. This looks like a good one. What's your's look like?

Probably needs a new thread… “What would your Masters Menu consist of?”

Mine:

Masters Menu

Appetizers: Crab stuffed bacon wrapped hickory grilled shrimp

Lobster Bisque and Chargrilled oysters Rockefeller

Sides: potato bar, creamed spinach, creamed silver king corn, yeast rolls

Main course: Hickory Grilled Tomahawk ribeyes and blackened Amberjack topped with a crawfish cream sauce

Dessert: blueberry cobbler topped with homemade vanilla ice cream and carrot cake

Drink: Sweet tea and Yellowhammers​
 
@Brandon Van de Graaff I'm with you on all of that...except.

I LOVE corn. But creamed corn, of any style, just ... no.

Carrot cake? Same area as the creamed corn...it's not cake. It's a vegetable loaf.

Creamed corn done right where it isn’t all mushy is legit. I don’t eat the stuff out of the can.

I’m going to ignore the carrot cake comment.

Very well may be true. I had it as a kid and haven't touched it since.

Scheffer did a tortilla soup the last time he won...seems like the rest of the menu then was the same as it is this year. I know the sliders were there as well as the ribeye.

I remember Bubba Watson having chicken breast with green beans and other sides you'd find at a Sunday dinner in the south: corn, cornbread, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes...

Early on in his career Tiger did cheeseburgers and chicken sandwiches with fries. At Augusta. Crenshaw just served BBQ one year.

I'd change the app to fried crab claws and a raw oyster sampler. Make the soup seafood gumbo. Grilled vegetables and risotto for the sides, swap the amberjack for hog fish and throw in bourbon flights. But I'd happily eat your menu as well.
