I know this is not Alabama sports but this woman put ladies basketball on the map. Pat Summitt was a great coach and torch bearer for the SEc and ladies college basketball. Prayers to her family.

Alzheimer's is a terrible disease that does work quickly. President Reagan was much more advanced in age, but the time frame seemed to be the same. One of my soccer moms from a number of years ago was diagnosed in her mid - late 50s, and she died pretty quickly, too.

When they look at you, you being someone they have known all their lives, and have no concept who you are...Awful. Just awful.
