šŸ“” Orgeron Out Season's End: The LSU coaching search.

True, but despite coaching for the barn I never heard anything on Chizik's character remotely related to the scum that is O.
The off the field stuff going on wasn't 'kosher' by any means. If you'll recall they had players arrested for armed robbery, to start, and it reached the point where they hired "private police" to monitor the players dorms in an attempt to keep things under control. K2 was running fairly rampant around the program as well at the time.

Depending on where you were sitting on Sunday morning at 11AM, his schtick worn thin. Remember, while all of this was going on we were hearing, often, "it's a God thing."

The situations aren't comparable in some degrees, but it was still as much on the field as it was off the field.

They've proven they just don't care, and Hugh has been away from the big time to be, in my view, at liberty to return
There's still the question "is he going to be allowed back in the SEC." A lot of doubt here.
With some of the stuff they are dealing with, I personally don't see that as a legit possibility.

Freeze and Kiffin are in this boat. As bad as some of the decisions have been down there there is little/no support for having these two, with their history, come into a situation attempting to "right the ship" with the Title IV cloud hanging.

I heard a snippet of O's press conference that shows just how clueless he really is. I'm astounded that such an ignorant troll managed to land such a prestigious position. I'm also ticked off that a man with the IQ of a crawfish made millions of dollars. LOL Anyway, he said, "2019 was a magical season. It was really great. But it was because of the players. We had great players and they made great things happen." The implication being that the reason we are failing now is because we don't have great players. I know that's not what he meant to imply but it comes across in that manner. I was told that being arrogant and stupid was no way to go through life, but it works for O.

I do not have a good feeling about this. Something tells me that the corndogs will hit a homerun on the next hire.

They have an AD that swings for the fences, an elite job opening, and a lot to offer in more ways than money. They’d have to pretty much screw it up to not get a really good coach. There was some rumblings recently that Brian Kelly had an eye on the Florida job if it were to open in a few years. If that’s the case, I could easily see him being interested in LSU too.

The rumor going around about the school president targeting Mel Tucker doesn’t pass the logic test. If there’s any truth to it, it’s more than likely he’s trying to get Tucker a raise. The school president ain’t making this hire.

Yeah I don’t see Kiffin as even a thought. I wouldn’t be shocked if he reached out on it, but that’s going nowhere. It’s a good time for him to try and jump elsewhere if he can keep winning games since he’s losing Corral to the NFL, but I don’t see Woodward giving him the time of day.

Their last 3 HC’s have all won a national title, and 2 of them are dumb enough to get locked inside their vehicles. The job is set up for success.
True true

But Last 2 have had sad ( for them) endings to their coaching career....
And both fired at lsu for not doing more ....among other things

So...even with success....a successful moment isnt enough
( and same at Tennessee.....and AU....)
