šŸ“” Ole Miss has released its NCAA response

Additionally, on the nights of August15 and 16, Farrar arranged free hotel lodging for [Student-Athlete 39] and [Family Member 11] at [Third PartyBusiness 3] in Oxford. Further, the football program provided free meals to [Student-Athlete 39], [FamilyMember 11] and [Student-Athlete 41] on this occasion. The combined monetary value of the inducements was approximately $455. [NCAA Bylaws 13.1.2.1, 13.1.2.5, 13.2.1, 13.5.3, 13.7.2.1 and 13.7.2.1.2 (2014-15)

Player. Parent.

Then free meals to player, parent, and another player interviewed soon after the first player. Two brothers and a mother?

That's not right. #39 is Leo

Freeze was out of the know, this was all Farrar...that's funny.

2nd paragraph of the Introduction section is meaty...

Consistent with its commitment to getting it right, the University has conducted an exhaustive and thoughtful examination of the evidence. Based upon that review and the high evidentiary standard prescribed by Bylaw 19.7.8.3, the University has concluded that significant violations occurred in connection with its football program over a period of years, including during this investigation. These violations, which include multiple, intentional acts of misconduct by (now former) University employees and (now disassociated)boosters, are serious. As described in this response, the University has held those responsible accountable many in unprecedented, public ways and has taken institutional responsibility for what has occurred. The University firmly believes its bold corrective actions will make a meaningful and permanent difference.

Page 53...bag full of money.

[Student-Athlete 39] also said that he and [Booster 14] met in a [Third Party Business 1] parking lot soon after he was let out of school and, contrary to his prior description of their interaction, [Booster 14] handed him a bag full of money. Id.

Here is a synopsis of the charges and responses, created by an Ole Miss fan on reddit.

Athlete #s are just the number on the list of infractions by the NCAA..meaning at least 38 other athletes were named in infractions..seeing the number 49 means somewhere around 50? At least 50 different athletes were included in these infractions? Jeez, that's a pretty far reaching number that's literally half a football team's worth.

85 on scholarship means that almost 59% were involved (50/85=0.5882352941). That's lack of institutional control.

It's how they're documented throughout the notice.

IE:
Adam is student/athlete #1, Bill student/athlete #2, Chris #4, David #4, and on down the line.

#39 is Leo Lewis. #1 is Tunsil is my next guess since we see student/athlete #1 stepfather listed. It's numbered all in the order of how it's interviewed or structured.

In the image 'chine posted I see 10 different players.

If this coaching thing fails to work out for Freeze may I suggest professional poker to keep the groceries coming? From his taunts that most of the violations were from Houston Nutt's regime to a lot of the transgressions were other sports besides football, to the idea we don't break NCAA rules, we make mistakes, this character has thumped his Bible and thumbed his nose at the best the NCAA and media have to offer. Poker face and all, Freeze has provided all of college sport with the ultimate definition of what it means to be all in.
