I have not heard anything about such a proposal in the SEC. Where did you see this?

It was an excerpt that someone had sent me. I thought it sounded just flat out ridiculous so I asked where it came from and they told me it was from a pay site with "insider info". Huge grain of salt on that one LOL

A thought here about the challenges of a season in this climate...

Vegas could be in for some huge losses. With the consistent testing and following quarantines, there could be some very big line swings!

I'm still thinking a season is a long shot , but @TerryP's little bit of optimism & info is keeping me afloat!
