Really, really nice pickup. Although I must admit I'm a little bummed for Moody (and some others), as I'm sure this is a tough pill to swallow.

The D is going to be tough yet again! If a DB or two steps up, this could be one of those special years defensively....
-Elite edge rushing (with depth)
-Big, athletic, experienced interior DL's
-Big time LB's with high draft potential & tons of SEC experience
-2 potential first round DB's (Jobe & Battle) and 2 young bulls who've already proven themselves (Moore & Branch)

They are unrelated in this case. While HT will count against the 85, and Turnage transferring gives them one less scholarshipped player, HT count against the initials. The juggling on scholarship room comes in this seasons class.

It was down to Ohio State and Bama and his consideration of OSU brought with it a deadline; academic. Their summer term starts on the 12th, there was a deadline of the 5th for initial fees, etc.

There's been speculation this means they've heard the intra-conference transfer rules have changed. There are still some SEC schools against the change; namely Georgia.
