Well I'm in the Air Force and I just got back from Louisiana (Barkesdale AFB near SHREVEPORT)........But anyway, when we first got there we had a mass briefing. Well this is the first thing I saw when I got there.............................

You've got to be kidding? Was this like a mass breifing being given by the base commander, and is he a BAMA fan?

What do you think about Barksdale mrchase? I know it's in a bad area of town but as far as the base itself goes, do you like it? I've been there many times (and spent a couple of years there when I was a kid) and I love that old architecture that's still in use on a lot of the buildings out there. Some of the larger buildings they've done a really nice job of restoring. You can tell it was probably an old Army fort before the Air Force began using it. I've seen a few Army posts and that always seems to be the style of architecture the older ones exhibit. Especially when it comes to the officer housing. Fort Bliss in El Paso is one that comes to mind. Actually Maxwell AFB exhibits a lot of the same architecture too.

Anyway, glad you're back.

Yeah I love that base.....Although the casinos that are close to the base don't help...(yeah right) But all in all it was fun. But the briefing was given by the Commander.
