Been to the one at Baldwin Beach Express off of I-10 a few times. I have always thought of it as the supercenter of gas stations. And nope, not a truck stop especially as it distinctively has a sign saying no trucks allowed. Aside from that there will be pickups towing camper trailers/boat trailers going thru there.

They were building a new one just off I-40 heading towards Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area.
