🧑‍🍳 I have gotten a lot of great recipes on here!

Psychiatrist, solving murder mysteries, with the help from a detective on the LAPD. Where Grisham will bring in aspects of the law, Kellerman brings in aspects of mental health/psychiatry patients, etc. Sort of a BAU novel you might find in the story lines of Criminal Minds.

Amazon has his books in production for an upcoming series.

Oh, I'm going to try this one. I'm still a little up in the air on what to pair. I haven't "Grok'd" it or looked up a recipe...the thing that throws me a bit is that looks like molasses. I'm not adverse to that: all the time.

I'm processing. 🙃

IF it's molasses, that would lead me to a spicy sausage as the meat filler. I can't pull the name off the top of my head (being it feels like a cartoon anvil today.) I want to say it's a Polish sausage that I'm "tasting" in my 'mouth's eye.'

Maybe a Chaurice on the spicy side?

Heres where I'm at, right now. (I'm doing a Chicken Fajita pizza in a bit so this is a tomorrow, or weekend thing...yeah, homemade, dough arisin'!)

A steak filling with Jasmine ... spice to taste.
Lobster Mac and Cheese?

That'll look like shit on a plate...but if I use bowls and chopsticks?

My stomach/imagination says "greens." But again, it's not a plate dish...

The presentation would SUCK on a plate...but.

Processing ...

Bread and a salad even though I'm not much on either usually.

Never cooked either one Rick, not really an Italian fan.
The University Deli on University had a great Parm sandwich.

Honestly, @rick4bama ... sort of ticked me off here. Egg plant. And Veal?

I'm going to be a food ass here...if the two are in the same sentence, neither were right. Basically, what you are saying is this. What do I dump tomato sauce and Parm on?

Here's my suggestion. Go to Google and enter this...

Chef Andrew Gruel > Parm > tomato sauce > shaved garlic (I think it's Substack.)

There will be a link, somewhere along those lines...

FWIW...the key to that dish? Shave the garlic for juice. IMO...with chicken and veal.

That last time I heard "egg" and "plant" I researched vasectomy.

@Krimson the very end of the vid...dropped on a baked potato, cubed? I'm heavy on chives and flaked red peppers as a side.

Hear me out. It's fries and ketchup. But, it's a potato lain out diced in "eights is about right" with the tomato and Parm topping...the green onions? Geez. And you say you don't like Italian?

I think I'm turning into a pure dick about food. I really do. Everyone is wrong. I'm god.

I guess saying I don't like Italian isn't quite correct. I like the taste of a good marinara but don't want the cheese and pasta that usually comes with it in say lasagna or stuffed shells, etc. The Italian dishes i prefer are the garlic and lemon based dishes with shrimp or chicken and orzo, dishes on the lighter end of what seems to me to be a very heavy based cuisine.

I don't like pizza in Italy and I don't like the typical fare at most Italian joints in the US.

I find this funny. As I'm watching the first few minutes of this video I thought, "this is what they call a trad wife."

Personally, I find her to be S.E.X.Y. Hawt. And she's an editor...and she cooks...has kids, likely means she likes to ...

While I make my own biscuits (dough) the first one caught my attention. I'll eventually make it through the rest.

I've used a few of her recipes. All have been good. I really like the meatball sliders.
