🧑‍🍳 I have gotten a lot of great recipes on here!

I saw a video of this a while back and thought I would give it a try. Coat steaks with room temp butter with seasoning you like in it, put them on wax paper and keep in the fridge for 14 days. Butter shell cracks like an egg and the steak comes out similar to dry aging about 30 days. Anyone ever tried this?

I haven't, have had the processor age the whole ribeye an extra 2 weeks after letting the half hang 2 weeks.

My dry age fridge bit the dust a few months back, so I've been wet aging ever since. Not bad at all and don't lose the amount of meat you do dry aging.
Last wet aged I did for Christmas. Started the process before Thanksgiving. Beef Tenderloin.

Wanted some red beans and rice but when i went to get the beans to soak only had pinto and navy so decided to try it with pinto beans. I liked that better than the small red beans I usually use.
Walmart has this "Spend Card" thing going on right now. Look it up. It's a good deal if it fits your lifestyle.

Its basically a credit card but you can only spend it at Walmart (as I understand it so far.) Those fools threw me the offer and said, "take it and we'll give ya $35." It caught my attention. Then they said "10% back on first purchase." They got me. Navy, Northern, Pinto, Black...I "Costco'd" that bitch. Motor Oil, air filters for the mower and HVAC, weed control for the yard...

Imagine that guy from Sparks thinking, "I'm delivering this?!?"

No annual. 19.99 if you carry a balance...that rivals my Discover and BOA Visa.

You lost me at Walmart.

Okay. Let's go here.

Tell me the difference in a paper towel. Or a bean. Or detergent. Or a trash bag. ...

Get this. My dishwasher is original. As in, it was the one put in in August of 1992. I need a new one. I can get the same one at Walmart, or Best Buy, or Lowe's, or Home Depot...

Nothing if I don't have to go in but with groceries I always go in. Amazon delivers everything else.
