Down to just a little left, sea speck and unicorns i think. Cooked some of the sea speck first of the week, youngest thought purple grits were pretty cool. They were sweeter than any grits I've ever cooked, should market them to the Yankees who put sugar in grits.

I've only had one bad experience with them. And it has nothing to do with their products.

Are you going to believe it when I tell you it goes back to 2020, September, and all of the bullshit that was going on at the time?

It was known as Geechie Boy. The old "appropriating" battle cry hit the marshes and then ... "Introducing, Marsh Hen Mills."

Another of those businesses that bent the knee.

They have all been good. No issues here.

When I was docking today ran across an old man...literally, you would think Bayou. I hit his boat. It was one of those "get the juck off the dock" moments...I needed to leave." Kayne, he had a freakin Gator he'd shot in his boat. I don't know if it's season or not. He said, and I quote, "shadrack, meshask, and a bed n go on my plate." (forgive spelling)

I was pissed off at that slow MF...until I laughed.

It ain't gator season. Guess he didn't care. I've killed and eaten some but it ain't good enough to kill outta season imo.
