Based on Texas' defensive performance, I see Mizzou lighting it up even more than Oklahoma. The Big-12 seems to be lacking a defensive juggernaut this season.
In fact, if you look at the current Top Ten, Alabama and Penn State have something that the other team seeme to lack: DEFENSE.
And we all know the old cliche about defenses and championships. When things start to settle in late November and early December, look for the defensive stalwart teams to be holding the #1 and #2 spots.
Yes, Penn State gave up 24 points to Illinois, but the Illini offense is very solid.
But back to Mizzou--they may put 40 or 50 up against Texas if the Longhorns don't tighten up its pass coverage.
