I can't find the clip of it but I'll always be grateful for the sacrifice Marvin Constant made in 1999 V LSU (QB Booty) on the goal line to save the game. Dude was made for the NFL but could never get his knee right after that game saving play.

This. I live in north Alabama and back then, you could still find Tennessee fans.
Plus, Roman Harper's dad was my position coach in high school and I remember Roman as a kid running around the practice field.

I bet that Steve Beuerlein had nightmares about that for years afterwards. To his credit he stayed in the game.

@psychojoe, I was standing in the endzone with my Dad when Biscuit drilled Beuerlein. I was supposed to be helping out my uncle who was coaching basketball at old Banks High School. They were running a concession stand and I was supposed to be selling programs. I got in and just walked around the field with the action.

Imagine if instant replay had been in effect. The ball was clearly out, but I guess too that they would have ruled inadvertant whistle to CYA!

John Copeland planting a Stan White tree. I loved this! Stan and I were in the same class of QBs that were being recruited in the greater Bham area. Bham News writer, Ron Ingram, brought Stan and a couple of other QBs down on the field at Legion Field before we were set to play in the Dental Clinic Classic. Stan lived up to that Barner "fambly" creed. "Why act like a douche bag when you can just be yourself and be a Dickhead!"

There were a few made by Reu. Foster before they started making him wear the support that were awe inspiring. Which were also inspiring enough to cause him to start wearing the support. All of those posted here are memorable, especially "The Sack", I cite Mr. Foster because those are still fresh in my mind. God knows I love them all. I just hope Foster doesn't do harm to himself while executing those 'abandon all safety' types of hits, mainly for his own good.
