Wayne “Joe Pound” Davis actually played with Biscuit in the mid 80’s! Can you imagine a freshman DT on one edge, a senior Biscuit on the other, and Wayne Davis inside along with Joe Godwin I believe.

Speaking of legendary, have we seen three consecutive players at one position on our roster better than Bennett, Thomas, and Mcants was at LB? Maybe Tua, Mac, and Bryce at QB?? With Bennett and Thomas we are talking legit NFL careers in addition to college recognition. Mcants had so much potential. Still too early to judge Tua, Mac, and Bryce in the NFL, but in college they dominated.

3. Slight nod to CJ Mosley over D. Ryans mainly because Mosley contributed a lot and early whereas Ryans developed gradually after redshirting his true freshman season.
