| FTBL End Of Season The Good, The Bad and The Ugly Thread

After every game, I always post the G,B&U thread but today I want to take it a different route. Consider the body of work for the entire season and post your thoughts on what turned out good, what remained bad and what in your opinion was still ugly. Thanks so much! I am looking forward to what you have to say.

Good: The progression of the team, both its chemistry and its unity, both Reicherd and Burnip, true freshmen stars Downs and Justice

Bad: Lots of penalties

Ugly: Weeks 2 and 3

Good: Looked like ed at the beginning of the season. Put it together and had a good year.

Bad: Self-inflicted things that we just couldn't seem to completely shake off this season.

Ugly: Texas, Michigan games and even though we won, USF and Auburn.
Hell, looking at it in hindsight, just about every game in the first half.

Good...
.great year camping ..even though i wrecked my camper...
Beat tennessee...lsu....to get pay back...
Arkansas for 17 in row..au for 4 in row...
Watching team develop throughout year...
Getting back in playoffs..
Having dependable kickers...
All guys on here..with their passion showing crystal clear....

Bad...
Texas game...poor execution...
Played michigan straight up...just a thing here orthere..
Punt returning...terrible...hard to figure
Streak of 16 years in a row..being #1 sometimes in season...broke
Doubt if anyone in my lifetime will break it...

Ugly..
O line ...gotbetter..but all those sacks.....
Center...never really improved...i know he tried hard.....but was bad...
Play calling...was so vanilla....


Overall...will go down as excellent year...thanks to hard work-by coaches n team..

Personally...was fun and enjoyable....going to 7 games...sitting by some cool people...those girls and their cigars at Tennessee game,...
And with only RV issue of my stupity issue..lol


Roll Tide...2024 am so excited about...

Good- team chemistry, Reichard, Burnip were steady all year long.
Bad- too many pre snap penalties and too many bad snaps at bad times.
Ugly- Weeks 2 and 3 and the “yips” our center had.

Good: Kicker, Punter, Downs.

BAD: Sacks way too many, We can say the OL needs to block better, but Milroe sometime stay in the pocket too long.

UGLY: The two loses!

Can't wait to see what 2024 will do for Bama! The new 12 team playoff!

Good: Won 12 games with a team that is well below the Bama Standard. Miraculous how far this team came. Reichert... Enough said.

Bad: OL play and Defense when it mattered. Fundamentals, Fundamentals Fundamentals AKA - snapping the football and pass blocking.

Ugly: NIL and the transfer portal.
