This denied waiver is no different from the one that approved by the NCAA for Sims. Both were claiming closer to family, etc.
However, Duron's history makes the hardship waiver being submitted stupid. It had no chance of being approved. It's pretty damn hard to convince someone a move to be closer to home is valid when you've lived in Ohio, Kansas, and then Alabama the last few years.
