Yes he bragged about how great he was in high school and compared himself to Pistol Pete and all that. and then some website actually went and found his high school year books and showed that he averaged 1.4 (or something like that) points per game and he got into a heated argument with Jalen Rose. Rose called him "water pistol pete" and exposed all that shit on live TV. Skip about started crying and started to spin this yarn about how a vindictive head coach held him down in college lmao

Skip was one of the main sports writers in Dallas during the heyday of the Southwest Conference and the Cowboys. He worked in Chicago too but yeah I think Terry was confusing him with Woody Paige who is a million times better and used to destroy Skip on a daily basis on Cold Pizza.
