Okay. A pound of marijuana isn't that much when taken in context. If it's mid, you're looking at 120 day personal supply. (I'm not suggesting anything.)

As noted earlier, we don't see "intent to sell" as well as there isn't a "distribution" related charge. While that may change, it's not the case now. Taken that in the earlier context I mentioned? They don't see it as that much either. It isn't.

I've gotten as far as 13A-12-213 and such in the Alabama code...still can't make out how first degree possession is defined. I quit...getting tired of reading law shit.
