🧑‍🍳 Chicken Big-Mac? Yes or no?

Why not goat or lamb?… shark fillet?…Burger King used horse meat…A lot of people don’t know they are actually getting an impossible patty on their whopper..
Rumor has it a properly prepared Nutria rat is as good as a Porterhouse…

Big Mac is a once a year thing, same for the QP. Longing for Taco Bell disqualifies your food opinions.
I'm not a Taco Bell fan. But, they have had a few things that were pretty good. Their double-decker Taco...those cinnamon things they served.

There are too many "haunts" around here closer than Taco Bell. I'll hit this place three or four times a month. It's a hole in the wall located next to ACE Hardware. BUT, aside from the food, they have REAL Coca-Cola. As in with cane sugar...in a 12oz glass bottle. I don't drink a lot of soft drinks...but every time I stop at ACE, I walk over there to grab one.

Look at the Birria soup ... that's what I had last time. Geez. That was good.

Fried or grilled? At home version or McDonald's?
OH, Home version. No damn way I'm eating at McDonalds. It was their commercial that sparked the idea.

Saw the ad, started thinking about it ... got a Louisiana style breading for the air fryer that does well with chicken. The Big Mac sauce is 1000 Island dressing, basically. Now I've got the spice from the breading and the sweet/tang from the topping of the sauce...fresh tomato, maybe some iceberg lettuce...

@24and7 as far as the question goes...

With 'chops, I normally marinate them overnight in olive oil; salt, pepper, and Old Bay with some chives.

Skillet: some REAL butter, with onions and garlic...then dropping the 'chop in when that's glazed.

You know those big salad forks, metal? I will stab those 'chops before I drop them in the skillet...much like you would do a baked potato. Always tender. Always a great flavor.
