I hope he isnt. If he is he will get to his Sr. year and stop runing on plays he knows he isnt getting the ball and have a bad attitude. I am hoping for much more from Julio Jones...

Julio is by far much more talented than DJ Hall as his age... but those numbers are there and nobody can discuss 'em, of course. The time is now for Julio and expectations are high for him, because he deserves 'em... but he will need to translate those great expectations on to the field.

From a positive perspective, will Julio be the all-time leader in receiving yardage when he leaves the Capstone? With the impressive numbers that DJ put up, that's a tall order, but he has the tools.

It's almost funny that the all-time passing leader and all-time receiving leader get the most grief from fans.

Now a truthful perspective, how many SEC titles did all those wonderful numbers produce....Kinda like being a Dan Mario all the numbers but no SB wins.. Kinda sucks..

One man does not make a team.

I hope he puts up DJ's numbers, now when it comes to character and personality...he seems to have a better head on his shoulders.

has anyone ever heard of Burton Scott? What about Melvin Ray? I think there are a few other highly touted wide receivers making their way to the Capstone this fall. Julio will be the top story, but he will not be able to single handedly win football games. Those other guys are pretty damn good, too. And I can NOT wait to see them all on the field and tearing up that Auburn secondary! ROLL TIDE!

I hope he isn't for two reasons:

1st. The ball is being spread all over the feild much more equivalently. IF that is happening then all I can say is WOW!!

2nd. My understanding is that DJ had a substance problem (sorry cannot come up w/ source just yet) but I hope I'm wrong on DJ's behalf. Anyway, the only substance abuse problem I want Julio to have is abusing DB's.

Speaking of Burton Scott, here's a look at some of his talented speed at reciever.

Oh. And I forgot. When Bama's Ball Radio did the interview With Scott. They talked about him throwing the ball left handed, and he's a right hander. Here's the video if you haven't seen it yet. The left Handed pass is at 1:21 clip.

DJ was a pretty good wide receiver but not great. He owns all of the records because we have thrown the ball more than anytime in our history as of late. He is a great leaper but is not a blazer as far as speed. He is just under 6'2 so he has decent size. I predict Jones will be much more productive as far as TD numbers.
