Yeah one of the quickest memories of being at Legion Field is the weather. When Perkins was there against LSU there was actually a tornado warning given from the press box. Worst torrential rain I've ever sat through. Seems like Perkins went for the tie instead of the win and caught hell for it the next week.

When you two @TUSKstuff and @Bamabww at the Southern Miss game? You know the one that was reschedule because of 9/11? I know this one was a down pour.
Are you thinking about this one? Even back in "94", there was no rule about playing a game with lightning popping. Fans were cheering every time it thundered. Crazy, when you think about it.
No it was this one! @TUSKstuff. Now that one with Ole Siss I remember watching that one on TV. Ole Sis had a 14 points lead at the time it was stop? The next day we had a family reunion and I'm wearing my Bama cap. One of my cousin came up to me and said, Bama should have lose that game. I look at him and said, maybe but didn't!

Great to see Army win their bowl game. They score with 0:18 seconds left in the game to make it 35-34 San Diego State. Army goes for two and gets it to go ahead 35-36. SDSU gets the kickoff and is called for intentional grounding with 0:07 seconds left. Final play is SDSU with a few flea flickers and Army intercepts the ball and scores.
I remember when Bama played Army in the Sun Bowl way back. Bama had to come from behind to beat Army that day?
Army had the guts to go for two. But heh they will be dodging bullets soon so they didn't look like they were worried at all.
