Gosh, Coach O must be brutal to his assistant coaches to make them all want to leave (that's what they've claimed when Alabama lost coaches after winning a NC). This is what happens when you win.
LSU 2019 is looking an awful lot like Auburn 2010. Will be interesting how they do this next year with some new faces in the coaching staff and tons of new faces on the field.
From my perspective you are about to find out if the Offense and Defensive are Ogre or his assistants.
Saban has a defensive system and offensive principals and the coach that comes in will conform to that. Could be wrong but I do not see Coach Ogre doing the same so his players will have to learn new systems based on who he hires. I guess he could find assistants like the ones he had so not much changes for the players but unlikely that will not happen.
Really want to look at coaching....replacof assistants... overall... Nick has been great at this... harder than replacing players ( except for players like Tua, Burrow, Cam etc)

I think Aranda and Venables have been the best 2 DCs in college football. Not surprisingly, but use extremely flexible approaches and create pressure by confusing offenses because they never know which of the 8 guys moving around presnap not lined up in 3 point stances are coming after the QB.
This will be a very difficult coach to replace for LSU
This is a smart hire by Baylor IMO because the dude is a hot commodity right now. LSU is going to have to replace a lot of players and two main coach's. I just wonder how many defensive coach's he takes with him to Waco?
