šŸˆ Auburn officials decide to retain Harsin

The irony of O ending up there would be, he would be coaching the team that got him canned. The decision to yank the plug on the caveman happened right after he became the first coach since Dinardo to drop a game to the barn in Baton Rouge. Even grass eater never managed to do that

The disappointing thing for fans is that if Harsin is chopped, we’ll never hear his side of the story. If he wants his money, they’ll make him sign a non-disclosure agreement that will prevent him from commenting about it.

Excuse me for moving the notion of the thread, but I have been seeing on Instagram that there was some smoke about Orgeron being mentioned for a position at Alabama. Orgeron said it's the one place he would never work, quoted as saying, but I couldn't believe my eyes. I know there is a lot of gossip out there, but these were some pages I see that are usually pretty on the money and not some BS page looking for Likes. I simply could not fathom him being looked at by Saban or our university. Anyone hear anything about this?

Somebody has to cut the grass at BD. :p

I hear Coach O

Please please hire O...
Orgeron can't accept a HC position in the SEC for another year or he's breaking his separation agreement with LSU (NCA.)
Orgeron being mentioned for a position at Alabama.
During the same interview he was asked about his future in television. Think about that while you're considering the possibility, not to mention validity, of this story being based in any truth.

All this...just to make a HUGE announcement that he's not going anywhere. Meanwhile....View attachment 20369
No wonder ..... there is some relationship to AU football and the toilet paper shortage going away

Whenyou think AU....
Having one of coolest pregame traditions....the eagle flying in pregame
And
The f'ing stupidest ..... plastering magestic oak trees with fringgin toilet paper

I'd say to Goodman that the message to auburn from Harsin is clear, pay me the 18.3 and not a penny less, or I'll see you on the practice fields. I sort of find this whole thing a little funny... the auburn power players trying to intimidate and bully a guy who has shown in his short time that despite his shortcomings as an SEC coach, he won't be intimidated or bullied. Didn't work when Papa Nix tried to influence his decisions, didn't work when many in power tried to force him to get vaccinated, and I don't see it working now. In fact, if anything, after the rumors they put out there to try and destroy him, he's likely even more emboldened.

Wednesday, from the minute I read that I wanted to say it's not just "a little funny." The more I sat on the thought the more confused I've become on how to describe this whole story. I guess we'll have to stick with the comedic theme. Today, looking back, I find it cringe worthy in Michael at/in The Office sense.

When I see a senior reporter for AL.com writing about back doors to buildings, a cat and mouse game all the way to the parking decks, I realize it's turned into a WKRP episode; a real Les Nessman vibe.
