USCe has an unbelievable shit football history and tradition...period
There's the SoCon title...they have one shared ACC football title to their name,

1933
They only have one banner in WBS and that's the ACC title. I didn't even know they had that until the '05 game.Sorry, missed that one. You know, Florida had never had a ten win season before Spurrier, either. Not even Spurrier could be the first 10-win coach at Duke, though. That would be Cutcliffe.

Nice tidbit about 10 wins and Duke. Didn't realize that. 👏
I mean, anyone can win at Bama...
just one 10-win season before Spurrier.
How many coaches in Alabama's history have not hit the 10 win mark? There's a bit of truth that anyone can win at Bama. Win what is the catch.
With the possibility of playing 10 games, I believe you're right....mind is thinking here....Thomas Drew, maybe? I don't think I have the name right.Post WWI, I believe just Ears.

Yeah...the most unbelievable thing about AUs is the lack of back to back...the consistency...one time .....Well, I had to go check. aubrun has 14 10-win seasons. Just one repeat (Dye 88-89). None before 1957. None in the sixties. Dye (4) and Shug (3) have half of them. No one else has more than two. I don't think Malzahn ever gets his third.
Red Drew got his 10-win season in 1952 (I had to look that one up here Alabama Crimson Tide Football Record By Year | College Football at Sports-Reference.com ).
