At the begining of the season if you would have told me UT and the Illini were going to play in a bowl game I'd have higher expectations than I do today. Vegas has the total at 60+ so they're expecting some action with UT only slightly favored.

CCU vs La Tech may be the best game of the day.

I didn’t get to watch either game. Glad UT lost, but the teams didn’t cover the 60. Did the CCU game pan out? Looks like a fairly low scoring game, with Tech scoring all 20 of the 2nd half points for the game but had dig themselves a hole.

Let's assume, for just a second, Tennessee blew Illinois out last night. How many Bama fans were likely to get up this morning spouting "did you see how well we did against the Ilini?"

The only we can can come up with is "thank god we only had to watch UT in their road whites." We got blue with Illinois instead of that god awful auburn orange.

Let's assume, for just a second, Tennessee blew Illinois out last night. How many Bama fans were likely to get up this morning spouting "did you see how well we did against the Ilini?"

I enjoy seeing some of the losses. I've always like Bert from his days before Arkansas. I'm thinking that may have been his first and only win against the Vols.

I feel nothing for Ole Miss, but would enjoy a UGA loss.

Yeah only one "us" I care about and that is Bama. Never been a SEC drum beater.... If the Viles lose that is always a good day...

Not sure what you can really draw from these stats and comparisons at this point. It should mean nothing for the Bama game.
