They can go in motion or shift at the same time, they can't have 1 guy go in motion, then shift while he's still moving or teams would just start running people back and forth at the same time before snaps to create confusion at all times. Also must get set BEFORE the snap, neither players on the Auburn side were set, and the man was still in motion
