🏈 Alabama @ Texas A&M Thread

Are you serious? McCarron has been tearing them to pieces through the air. Finally? Are you not happy with how our offense is running? I think we punted merely once in the first half. lol

I was clamoring for the run game, too. But seeing how soft this $aggie D is, I can clearly see why Nuss is calling pass plays. Drake and Yeldon were slashing them up (ooh! Bad choice of words) in the latter part of the half.

Maybe a better balance.

These officials are clearly rooting for A&M. No worries, up 14. Nothing these guys can do about it, and we get the ball in the 2nd half.

Listening to the halftime comments, with this being "the Johnny Manziel Show," they must be beating us...and no way McCarron has more passing yards and TD's than Johnny Paycheck.

The comment that it will be a fast paced second half... where did that come from? Bama will take the air out of the ball. If we get another TD to start the 3rd, TAMU may not get enough possessions to score enough to come back.

It isn't over though...they scored 14 in the first Q. We have to keep the pressure on.

This CBS crew can line up and kiss my ass. Alabama is lucky because A&M is making mistakes? What the hell kind of excuse is that? Manziel avoids a for sure sack, throws a punt in the air, and somehow an A&M receiver comes down with it. Then Ha-Ha gets the a bull shit call on him. Then to top it off, A&M punts, Alabama is called with 12 men on the field, making the drive even longer...and still drives down the field and scores a TD.

Get off of Manziel's nuts and acknowledge that Alabama is just the better team.

Halftime observations:

Yes, the announcers were downplaying Bama's lead.
First, let's make sure there is no onside kick, and then let's pound the rock on this first possession to drain them and go up 21.
I trust our continuing adjustments will hold them to 7 to 10 points this half, but I need more points for my viewing enjoyment.
If there is a bigger bs penalty call than the targeting call against Ha Ha, I can't recall it. There have been worse non-calls, but it was abysmal.
I'm hoping for 25 rushing attempts in the second half. That will tell the tale.

Roll Tide, y'all!

Tim

Raider, tell us how you really feel.

CBS stands for Carefull Bull$hit Sports coverage. They are from the Northern Nether's of the sports world. They never ever pull for southern teams even though they are making megabucks from the coverage.

When the Tide changes in the second half they will start liking the Tide. They will make statements like they can't believe what is happening.
